CAPABILITIES THAT DELIVER

From Engineering to Enduring Performance.

One accountable partner for mission-critical equipment: engineered, built, documented, and supported under one roof.

Operators, EPCs, and equipment manufacturers bring Westerman the scopes that can’t slip. We pair application engineering and disciplined project management with more than half a million square feet of in-house fabrication capacity, so complex packages are built and proven in the shop, not figured out in the field.

CUSTOM ENGINEERING

Engineered Around Your Conditions, Not a Catalog

With many OEMs, you get what you get. Westerman engineers start with
your process data, site constraints, and required codes, then design the
package to fit. The result is equipment that performs better, lasts longer, and
costs less to operate over its life.

  • Design to ASME Section VIII, API 12F, UL 142, and ANSI N14.1
  • Proprietary separation internals and heater package designs
  • Integrated skids combining vessels, piping, controls, and structure
  • Engineering partnerships with OEMs, including our hydronic systems work with Amtrol

FABRICATION CAPACITY

Capacity to Take On the Whole Package

When a project needs more than one shop can give, Westerman has the floor space, yard, and certified workforce to carry it. Building offsite compresses field labor, reduces safety exposure, and keeps commissioning on schedule, even when weather and site conditions don’t cooperate.

  • ASME code pressure vessels and pressure-retaining assemblies
  • Atmospheric, pressure, and UL 142 listed storage tanks
  • Modular skids, pipe spools, and structural steel
  • Certified welding procedures, welder qualification, and NDE
  • Hydrostatic, pneumatic, and factory acceptance testing

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Kickoff to Turnover, One Accountable Team
